Notes on adding a Standard Listing

  • Please use the form below to add your entry to the Green Guide database and to the Green Guide Online Directory. Check our Inclusion Crtiteria for free listings.
  • When filling in the form please do not use all caps and do not use all lower case letters - this will make the job of editing the entries much easier!
  • Where awards and third party endorsements are mentioned in the description we will require proof of such.
  • If you miss the deadline for one of the print editions you should still add your listing as the online directory will be updated regularly.
  • We reserve the right to edit entries or omit those we deem unsuitable. We have a house style for the listings so your entry may altered to fit that.
  • Inclusion in the Green Guide does not constitute an endorsement by us of any kind and the editor's decision is final.

For verification purposes, we require all new listings to submit a full address. However, if you don't want your address details included in your published listings or in the Green Map, then drop an email to editor@greenguide.co.uk and we will not publish them.

You can add up to ten Key Words - these are words which will help users find you when using a search. If you add more than 10 words we will discard those which exceed the limit. Separate each word with a comma (,)

Please list any Memberships & Accreditations that are relevant - eg membership of The Soil Association, OFGA, etc
