How to Add a Logo, Pic & Social Listing

To add a Logo, Pic & Social Listing to the Green Guide, please follow these three steps:

  1. If you haven't already posted a Standard Listing (either free or paid-for), please do so via the Standard Listing Form
  2. Make your payment online for the amount of £55.00 - a 10% discount will be applied at the check-out for online payment saving you £5.50, making a total payment of £49.50.
  3. Email the following information to the editor at editor@greenguide.co.uk
    • Your logo as a high resolution jpeg or eps - we prefer high resolution files as we can downsize to our requirements
    • The image your want included, as a high resolution jpeg - this can be a location shot, people, a product, action, buildings, events, etc - whatever best shows your off to readers
    • The additional category your would like your listing to appear in - see Directory Structure to make your choice (we can help you select the most appropriate).
    • Links to your social networks - such as Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, YouTube, etc. You can list up to five.

Logo, Pic & Social Listings will normally appear online for 12 months. After 12 months, a Logo, Pic & Social Listing will revert to a Standard Listing.

Your Logo, Pic & Social Listing will normally appear online within 7 days of receipt of your info and materials. The subscription period will start the day after the entry appears online.

Within reason, we will allow you to update your picture and logo when required during your subscription period. Updates will normally appear within 7-10 days. Please let us know if your changes are urgent so we can prioritise them.

Please also make use of the Events and Volunteering submissions - these are free to use and the number of such submissions is normally unlimited.

Finally, please also send us your news and stories. Where appropriate, we will link to your news stories from your listing.

All submissions must adher to our Terms & Conditions, and our Inclusion Criteria.

If you have any queries, please email the editor at editor@greenguide.co.uk
