The Ulster Wildlife is Northern Ireland’s largest local nature conservation charity committed to delivering positive action for wildlife and habitats across the country and at sea. It manages 18 nature reserves, protects threatened species like the red squirrel and Irish hare, inspires people of all ages to take action for the local environment, and campaigns on behalf of wildlife.

Through its twin visions – Living Landscapes and Living Seas – the Trust aims to restore, recreate, reconnect with the damaged countryside and to campaign for seas in which wildlife thrives, from the depths of the ocean to the coastal shallows.

Ulster Wildlife has over 12,000 members in Northern Ireland who provide vital support for its work. It is one of 47 Wildlife Trusts across the UK dedicated to protecting the full range of our native habitats and species, with support from over 800,000 members UK-wide.
