Studio Partington was first established by Richard Partington, as sole practitioner in 1998. The business has grown into a successful limited company with an established client base covering a wide range of fields. Our project portfolio includes low-energy houses, public and community facilities, shops, business start-up units, housing developments, offices, urban design, building research, evaluation and writing, illustrating and publishing books and technical guidance. We are committed to minimising the environmental impact of our buildings and advocate a common sense approach based on passive design; an efficient building envelope and closing the gap between predicted and actual energy consumption.
